You even had to negotiate about repairs already. Escrow has closed and you have been given the keys. You reorganize your entire life to make the big move.You are now in your new home, finally.

So what’s all the fuss about? Where is that, ‘owners high’ everyone kept talking about? You just feel overwhelmed and your to-do list is growing by the minute. In fact, it is out pacing your tiny budget. Also, you are getting a ton of new mail and you have no idea who it is from and if it is important. All the while, you are keeping an eye out for anything with your lending banks name on it. That would be important, right?

Many of us in the real estate business talk so much about the process to get into a home. But once escrow is closed, most Agents are long gone. You are left to sort through your big decision and make the best of whatever else comes your way.
